emirates7 - Dr. Mohammad Salim Al Olama, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, has said that Emirati Children's Day, observed on 15th March, embodies the UAE leadership's commitment to providing children with the utmost care and their rights to a healthy environment enhancing their capabilities and skills to play their part in the UAE's renaissance process in all fields.

Al Olama underlined that the wise leadership has spared no effort to provide children with the greatest care and attention to be leaders of tomorrow, by creating solutions that make a difference and enhance the state’s gains in all fields.

"Child care is an essential requirement for investment in the future. That's why the UAE has been keen to provide the necessary infrastructure and social, health and recreational services that fulfill the ambitions of our children and help them succeed and advance," added Al Olama.

He pointed out that Emirati child is the core of the development process and a future that the wise leadership is betting on. For that reason, the ministry of health has been keen to provide an environment that helps enhance our children's health and guarantees the sound upbringing of future generations.

Al Olama also pointed to the ministry's keenness to ensure children's psychological and physical safety and in accordance with the best international practices, so that children can enjoy a decent life and a better future within the UAE vision for the next fifty years.
