Khalifa University soars 25 slots to 177th globally in QS World University Rankings 2026

emirates7 - Khalifa University of Science and Technology announced today that it has advanced 25 spots to rank 177th globally in the QS World University Rankings 2026, firmly placing it among the world’s top 200 universities.

For the eighth year in a row, Khalifa University has been recognized as the highest-ranked institution in the UAE, underscoring its role as a national leader in education and research. In the 2026 edition of the rankings, the university excelled in several areas, ranking 11th globally for ‘International Faculty’, and first in the UAE for both ‘Citations per Faculty’ and ‘Faculty-Student Ratio’. These achievements reflect its success in attracting international talent and generating impactful research.

The latest QS rankings assessed more than 8,467 universities across 106 countries, with Khalifa University outperforming all 12 UAE institutions. It also reported an outstanding 94% graduate employment rate.
