emirates7 - The Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) recently held a coordination meeting with the Sharjah Finance Department (SFD) and the Legal Department of Sharjah (LDS) to boost interdepartmental collaboration. The gathering focused on administrative and financial matters, as well as the exchange of expertise.
Among those in attendance were Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Zaabi, Executive Council Member and Head of the Human Resources Department; Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al-Kaabi, Head of the Judiciary in Sharjah; Dr. Mansour bin Mohammed bin Nassar, Head of the Legal Department; and Walid Al-Saigh, Director-General of the Central Finance Department, in addition to other officials.
This initiative forms part of continued efforts to reinforce cooperation and promote institutional integration in administrative and financial domains. The participants explored ways to enhance joint work systems and streamline internal processes to improve overall government efficiency.
The talks also highlighted the importance of aligning efforts with the emirate's established policies and regulations, in support of Sharjah Government’s broader goal of elevating institutional performance and strengthening coordination among government entities.
