emirates7 - MAKTABA, part of the Culture Sector at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), has launched the fourth edition of the MAKTABA Art Hub exhibition at Al Wathba Park, open daily until December 22.

Featuring the works of 30 artists, the exhibition showcases a diverse range of creative expressions, including digital art, paintings, clay sculptures, crochet, handicrafts, and photography.

The event provides a platform for artists to engage with the public, further establishing Abu Dhabi as a cultural hub. Visitors can immerse themselves in a vibrant mix of local and global artistic expressions through interactive activities such as workshops for children, youth, and families, storytelling sessions, handicrafts, a games area, and cultural discussions, ensuring an enriching experience throughout the 10-day event.

MAKTABA aims to foster cultural and artistic dialogue by organizing events that promote direct engagement between the public and artists, supporting Abu Dhabi’s vision of becoming a global arts and culture destination. The exhibition not only highlights local talent but also delivers a unique artistic experience for audiences of all ages.
