Dubai Future Academy launches courses on foresight, AI, leadership

emirates7 - Dubai Future Academy, the training and capacity-building arm of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), has unveiled eight new programmes for 2025 aimed at equipping leaders and professionals across sectors with essential skills in foresight, artificial intelligence, and innovation.

The training courses will take place throughout the year and align with DFF’s broader mission to prepare future-ready leaders and empower talent with the tools needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Commenting on the launch, Abdulaziz AlJaziri, Deputy CEO of DFF, stated: “These programmes underscore Dubai’s unwavering dedication to providing individuals and institutions with the capabilities to embrace innovation, manage change, and proactively shape the future. Dubai Future Academy plays a vital role in equipping talent across all levels and sectors to seize emerging opportunities.”

The academy invites a diverse range of participants, including executives, policymakers, directors, senior professionals, and ambitious individuals looking to enhance their expertise in areas such as strategy, innovation, foresight, and AI.

The programmes cover a broad spectrum of subjects, including scenario planning, AI tools for productivity, leadership resilience, and strategic transformation. Delivered in collaboration with leading global institutions and experts, each course offers practical, hands-on experience designed for immediate application in the workplace.

The 2025 training schedule begins in June, featuring sessions such as Foresight Leadership (16–17 June), Future-Proofing Innovation (22–24 September), AI Workplace (7–8 October), Futures Thinking (24–25 November), and Innovation Foresight (8–10 December).

All courses are grounded in the Academy’s three foundational pillars—Futures Literacy, Futures Technologies, and Futures Methodologies—and include instruction in skills like systems thinking, scenario building, leadership development, and AI implementation. Graduates of the programmes will gain both theoretical frameworks and practical tools, equipping them to lead and innovate effectively in an uncertain future.
