UAE accounts for 47.3% of Arab exchange companies: AMF

emirates7 - According to the latest data from the Arab Monetary Fund (AMF), the United Arab Emirates holds a share of about 47.3 percent in the Arab exchange companies sector.

The Fund reported that the total assets of exchange companies in Arab countries reached approximately US$4.7 billion in 2023, showing a modest increase of 0.02 percent compared to the previous year.

The capital of the exchange companies sector in Arab nations grew to about US$2.9 billion by the end of 2023, marking a 3.6 percent rise from around US$2.8 billion in 2022.
