Abu Dhabi Housing Authority showcases its digital services at GITEX Global 2024

emirates7 - The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) is highlighting its latest digital services and initiatives aimed at enhancing the housing sector in the emirate during its participation at GITEX Global 2024. This prominent event is known for showcasing cutting-edge innovations from leading international technology organizations and serves as a platform to explore advancements that can improve the government housing sector and enhance the overall experience for Abu Dhabi's citizens.

At the event, ADHA is representing the Abu Dhabi Government at its pavilion, where it provides an immersive and comprehensive digital experience for visitors engaging with their housing journey. This experience encompasses the entire process, from submitting applications to accessing housing benefits via the ‘ISKAN Abu Dhabi’ app.

In collaboration with Teyaseer, a company that offers free services to beneficiaries of housing loan programs, ADHA aims to facilitate the home-building process. Through this partnership, citizens can easily navigate the construction journey using Teyaseer’s digital platform, which covers all stages from identifying requirements to the final delivery of homes.

ADHA is also set to launch a new feature on its digital platform that will allow citizens to express their housing preferences for both current and future locations and projects. By registering their interest, citizens will gain priority access to housing benefits in their chosen areas, provided they meet ADHA’s criteria. This service will also assist the government in optimizing resource allocation by focusing housing developments in areas with high demand from citizens. The feature is expected to be officially launched before the end of the year.

Additionally, ADHA is working to enhance its offerings by introducing automated systems for the residential land exchange process, transitioning it to a fully digital experience. The Authority plans to expand this service by allowing eligible citizens to choose from various available land options for exchange, which will be presented directly to them or sourced from government inventory. This entire process can now be completed through the ISKAN Abu Dhabi app.

Hamad Hareb AlMuhairi, Director-General of ADHA, stated, “Our participation in GITEX Global 2024 is a crucial part of our strategy to showcase our digital offerings and upcoming smart solutions designed to streamline access to housing benefits for citizens.”

He added, “GITEX serves as an ideal platform for engaging with stakeholders and specialists, gathering public feedback on ADHA’s services, and ensuring that our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our community. This aligns with our strategic vision of creating a sustainable housing system that promotes family cohesion and stability.”
