This center is focused on harnessing the transformative power of digital technologies to reshape public services on a global level.

As the latest addition to the World Economic Forum’s Fourth Industrial Revolution network, the GGTC is the first center solely dedicated to advancing GovTech solutions aimed at accelerating digital transformation across governments worldwide. He also praised the partnership between the German government and the World Economic Forum, emphasizing the GGTC’s role in supporting digital transformation efforts across governments.

Børge Brende, President of the World Economic Forum, noted that governments globally are facing unprecedented challenges in adopting new technologies to build more inclusive societies, especially when public trust is of utmost importance. He added that the GGTC in Berlin will serve as a hub for innovation, experimentation, and citizen empowerment.

Manuel Kilian, Director-General of the GGTC, emphasized the importance of international collaboration in the GovTech sector, stating that the center’s main objective is to enhance cooperation and knowledge sharing, allowing governments to learn from one another and advance collectively for the benefit of societies. Kilian acknowledged the UAE’s valuable contributions, particularly its presentation on Remote Judiciary Services, showcasing the UAE's expertise in using technology to improve quality of life.

In this regard, Mohammed bin Taliah participated in a session titled "Making Remote Judiciary Services Work," where he shared insights from the UAE's digital transformation, focusing on the Ministry of Justice’s project enabling fully digital and remote court proceedings.
