emirates7 - The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has launched the 7th edition of its Creative Care Diploma 2024, aimed at 45 employees who successfully completed the creative personality analysis test.

This program, conducted in partnership with Abu Dhabi Police and university students, is designed to enhance participants' skills and prepare them to lead innovative initiatives. It consists of three phases: qualification, establishment, and projects.

Brigadier General Hussein Ibrahim, Assistant Director General of the Institutional Support Sector, emphasized that this course demonstrates GDRFA’s commitment to promoting a culture of innovation and creativity among its employees.

He explained that the diploma will equip participants with the tools needed to develop innovative solutions that support sustainable development and strengthen the UAE's reputation as a leader in innovation.

Brigadier Sulaiman noted that this year’s edition has been expanded to include federal institutions, increasing opportunities for significant achievements and new projects that encourage innovation across the country.

The program combines theoretical and practical training, focusing on areas such as future foresight, creative and critical thinking, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence. Participants will be guided by experts and academics throughout the month-long course.

The final phase, running through the end of December, is designed to help participants transform ideas into innovative models through research, experimentation, and development. The goal is to build a creative, solution-oriented team capable of preparing studies and launching future projects.
