As the unique cultural landmark that prides itself on inviting visitors into the UAE’s history, traditions and journey, visitors gathered at the Palace of the Nation and enjoyed a full day of performances and shows that pay testament to the nation’s culture.
At the Palace’s Courtyard, a Cavalry Horse Parade took place along with a live performance by the Abu Dhabi Police Music Band’s entitled 'Symphony of The Nation,' who marched and played classical Emirati music about the heritage and love for the nation in addition to traditional Emirati Ayala dance performances.
Visitors also enjoyed the Palace light up its walls with the UAE’s flag before watching the spectacular sound and light show, the Palace in Motion - an audiovisual display that projects onto the façade of the Palace the visual story of the UAE’s past, present, and future.
