This year's festival will introduce new weekly events and activities for the first time, according to the organizers.
The festival will showcase over 6,000 global cultural events and feature 1,000 major public performances, drawing millions of visitors.
At least 27 countries will participate this year, including some that are joining for the first time with dedicated pavilions.
A highlight of the festival will be the "Union March," which aims to convey the strength and unity of the UAE people while honoring the enduring national values established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE.
Additionally, there will be weekly fireworks displays throughout the festival, and for the first time, visitors will be able to experience the "Musical Fountain," along with concerts and various shows.
