According to ADX data, the first transaction involved approximately 505.8 million shares of Modon Holding, valued at AED2.44 billion, conducted through six large deals, with an execution price of AED4.83 per share.
The second transaction covered around 71.5 million shares of ADNOC Gas, worth AED218.2 million, through nine large deals, with an execution price of AED3.05 per share.
Large direct deals are executed outside the order book, meaning they do not impact the closing price of the company's shares or the price index. They also have no effect on the highest or lowest prices recorded during the session or over the past 52 weeks.
