SSEF allocates AED300,000 to pay tuition fees for orphans

emirates7 - The Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) has allocated AED 300,000 to pay tuition fees for 44 orphans affiliated with the Foundation in Sharjah's central and eastern provinces.

This comes as a part of the Foundation's keenness to support orphan students' education within the sustainable academic project "Allama Bel Qalam".

Mona bin Hadda Al-Suwaidi, Director General of the Foundation, explained, "In order to ensure the continuity of our students in their education during the school year, the Foundation offers many academic projects that support their education through 'Allama Bel Qalam', which achieves the provision of necessary educational needs for our orphaned students and overcomes difficulties they face, including the accumulation of tuition fees for their school and university education."

"This project, which attaches utmost importance to education in accordance with the foundation's belief in the importance of empowering its orphaned children academically, through which it provides many educational support programmes such as providing educational supplies and equipment, remedial reinforcement lessons for those who are behind in school, academic development courses, academic follow-ups for children, academic guidance and others," she added.
