'Ideal Face 2' booth at Dubai Airport promotes culture of civilised conduct in society

emirates7 - The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA) has launched the “Ideal Face 2” booth at Dubai International Airport under the slogan “This is the Dubai we want,” with the aim of encouraging positive behaviour and nurturing a culture of civility within the community.

This initiative seeks to showcase and reward exemplary conduct, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a leader in upholding social and humanitarian values.

Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director-General of GDRFA Dubai, toured the booth along with Majed Al Joker, Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Airports, Major General Obaid Muhair Bin Suroor, Deputy Director-General of GDRFA, and other senior officials, including Essa Al Shamsi, Senior Vice President – Passenger Terminal Operations at Dubai Airports. They were given an overview of the booth’s interactive features and the community engagement it had successfully inspired.

Situated in Terminal 3 Departures, the booth is open daily until 13 July. It provides a dynamic space for travelers to take part in creative activities, learn about core ethical values, and share real-life stories that embody kindness, honesty, and respect. Visitors are also encouraged to make a personal commitment to uphold these values, supporting a wider culture of positive behaviour.

Lieutenant General Al Marri emphasized that the booth offers a tangible representation of the UAE’s commitment to fostering moral values in society. It creates an interactive setting that honours integrity and good conduct, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a global benchmark for people-focused initiatives.
