emirates7 - UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met today with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the King's residence in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, the two leaders held warm and brotherly discussions, reflecting the strong and longstanding bonds between their nations and peoples. They also reviewed the ongoing cooperation between the UAE and Bahrain and explored ways to further strengthen bilateral relations to serve mutual interests and support their shared goals of continued progress, development, and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Martyrs Families Affairs, and H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs.
Also present were Lieutenant General H.H. Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s National Security Advisor, Royal Guard Commander, and Secretary General of the Supreme Defence Council, and H.H. Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain’s General Sports Authority, along with other senior officials from both nations.
