WAM, Uzbekistan National News Agency sign cooperation agreement emirates7 - The Emirates News Agency (WAM) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Uzbekistan National News Agency (UzA), to promote the exchange of news and conduct joint employee training programmes. The signing took place as part of WAM’s keenness to boost its cooperation and partnership with international media outlets, especially as the Global Media Congress will take place in Abu Dhabi from 15th to 17th November, 2022. The cooperation agreement was signed by Mohammed Jalal Al Rayssi, Director-General of WAM, and Abdusaid Kuchimov, Director-General of UzA, at WAM’s office in Dubai, in the presence officials from both sides. Al Rayssi welcomed the visit of the Uzbek delegation, highlighting the deeply rooted friendship and cooperation between the two countries and their keenness to reinforce them in all areas, including the media sector.
