Over 60 strategic partnerships drive enhanced government services: GPSSA

emirates7 - The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is advancing its proactive strategy through collaborations and partnerships with federal, government, and private sector organizations.

Aligned with the UAE government's goal of fostering socio-economic sustainability, GPSSA has established over 60 strategic partnerships in recent years. These collaborations have enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of the nation’s pension and social security systems for both employees and employers.

Among the innovative initiatives introduced by the government are business models such as accelerators and advanced services, which have driven transformative projects and the implementation of the Government Excellence System (GEM 2.0), further boosting the UAE's global competitiveness.

In anticipation of the Ma’ashi platform's launch, GPSSA collaborated with 23 federal and governmental entities to enhance electronic integration processes.

One significant project involved partnering with the Ministry of Possibilities to a fully digital service system for pensioners over 60, widows, and unmarried women. This initiative allows these groups to access services online without needing to visit service centers, while also simplifying procedures for personal matters, such as reporting a death, marriage, or divorce.

GPSSA's partnerships with organizations such as the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Health and Protection, Abu Dhabi Department of Health, Dubai Courts, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, RAK Courts, and Dubai Police have significantly improved the quality of life for its customers.

These collaborative efforts align with the UAE Centennial Plan 2071, a long-term vision to enhance the UAE's global reputation through forward-looking initiatives. By streamlining data and information exchange, these partnerships ensure a more integrated and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
