emirates7 - Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, took part in the Investment Forum hosted by Burkina Faso in Abu Dhabi, which was attended by Karamoko Jean Marie Traoré, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Cooperation, and Burkinabè Abroad, along with a delegation of ministers and senior advisors.

During the event, Sheikh Shakhboot conveyed the greetings of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, to Minister Traoré, along with his best wishes for continued growth and prosperity for the government and people of Burkina Faso.

He praised the strong and evolving ties between the UAE and Burkina Faso, acknowledging the significant progress made in recent years under the leadership of both nations. Sheikh Shakhboot also underscored the forum's value as a vital platform for deepening economic, trade, and investment cooperation and for fostering development opportunities that benefit both countries.

In response, Traoré extended his regards to H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and expressed his hopes for ongoing prosperity for the UAE and its people. He also thanked the UAE for its warm welcome and hospitality, reaffirming Burkina Faso’s commitment to enhancing its relationship with the UAE in areas of shared interest.
