emirates7 - Two UAE aid convoys loaded with humanitarian supplies entered the Gaza Strip this week via the Rafah Border Crossing in Egypt as part of “Operation Chivalrous Knight 3.”
This initiative reflects the UAE's ongoing commitment to supporting the Palestinian people amid the current challenging circumstances.
The convoys consisted of 25 trucks carrying over 309.5 tonnes of humanitarian aid, including food supplies, shelter tents, and other essential items. With this delivery, the total number of aid convoys dispatched under “Operation Chivalrous Knight 3” has reached 155.
So far, the UAE has delivered approximately 29,584 tonnes of aid to Gaza by land under the operation, providing much-needed relief to residents in the region. This assistance has eased hardships for the most vulnerable groups, offering them vital resources.
Through its continued humanitarian efforts, the UAE aims to alleviate the impact of severe cold weather and ongoing adversity in Gaza, ensuring essential support reaches those in greatest need.
