Emirates first 'Airbus A350' enters commercial service

emirates7 - Emirates achieved a major milestone on Friday with the launch of its first Airbus A350 into commercial service, debuting on a flight from Dubai to Edinburgh.

This aircraft, showcasing Emirates' latest cabin innovations, is the first of 65 A350s set to join the airline's fleet in the years ahead.

The A350 is configured with three cabin classes, offering seating for 312 passengers, including 32 next-generation lie-flat Business Class seats, 21 Premium Economy seats, and 259 Economy Class seats.

In the coming months, Emirates plans to expand the A350's operations to eight additional global destinations, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kuwait, Bahrain, Colombo, Lyon, Muscat, and Bologna.
