Etihad Airways named 'Official Airline' partner of 1 Billion Followers Summit

emirates7 - The 1 Billion Followers Summit, the world’s largest event dedicated to shaping the content creator economy, has announced Etihad Airways as the Official Airline Partner for its third edition. The summit will take place at Dubai's New Media Academy from 11th to 13th January 2025, under the theme “Content for Good.”

The partnership with Etihad Airways aligns with the summit’s goals, which include reinforcing the UAE's position as a global hub for the digital economy and creative industries, advocating for impactful content as a driver of industry transformation and responsible social media use, and fostering investor sponsorship for content creators and entrepreneurs.

This collaboration also enhances the summit’s visibility and influence, attracting a broader audience and boosting engagement across social media platforms.

Etihad Airways has also announced plans to expand its network in 2025 by adding 13 new destinations, bringing its total to 93 cities.
