Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Council. These directives are designed to regulate the process for selecting and appointing technical experts who appear before Dubai's judicial bodies and to establish the Dubai Judicial Technical Expertise Centre.
