emirates7 - The Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) has officially launched the 8th edition of its esteemed Leadership Development Program, in collaboration with Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
The program, running from 16th to 25th September 2024, will host thirty senior financial executives from leading institutions across the UAE and GCC. Participants include representatives from prominent financial organizations such as the Central Bank of the UAE, National Bank of Fujairah, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Emirates NBD, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and HSBC Bank Middle East. Additionally, senior leaders from Bahrain, including those from Bank ABC, Bahrain Islamic Bank, and the National Bank of Bahrain, are participating through the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).
Renowned for its focus on Strategic, Personal, and Organisational Leadership, the program is designed to equip financial leaders with the tools to manage the disruptions transforming the financial sector. Key areas of focus include leadership during market volatility, driving organizational change, and crafting effective strategies for success.
