Hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Government under the theme "New Quality Energy for a Green Future," the conference will include 11 key events. These will feature a roundtable on the development of international energy battery companies, exhibitions of achievements, environmental exploration activities, and six high-level forums addressing various topics, including the integration of China's energy battery industry with finance.
As this year's Guest of Honor, the UAE will present a national pavilion featuring prominent government entities and leading Emirati companies such as the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, Masdar, UAE University, New York University - Abu Dhabi, the KEZAD Group, and Titan Lithium. These entities will highlight their accomplishments in renewable energy, technology, innovation, and industry.
Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi, the UAE Ambassador to China, delivered a keynote speech at the conference's opening. He emphasized the strong and deep-rooted cooperation between the UAE and China, stating, "This conference offers a unique platform to share our collective vision for a sustainable future. The UAE's role as the Guest of Honor underscores the growing partnership between our nations, particularly in clean energy, advanced technology, and industry. Our presence at this event reflects our commitment to innovation, international collaboration, and sustainable development."
