emirates7 - FIFA has reiterated its dedication to supporting female match officials globally, providing opportunities that allow them to balance motherhood with their refereeing careers, in honor of World Health Day on April 7th.

FIFA's Head of Women's Football, Bibiana Steinhaus-Webb, shared, "FIFA collaborates with top female referees worldwide, and some of them are mothers. They face unique challenges, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all women."

She continued, "We offer tailored support to help female referees return to elite officiating safely. Our goal is to break down barriers. It’s absolutely possible to be both a mother and a World Cup referee!"
