Titled Wishes from Across Oceans, the gala will commence at 19:30 on CCTV-4 and will be structured into three thematic segments: Common Spring, Homesick Overseas Chinese, and Chinese New Year Celebrations.

Yang Qifang, the gala’s head scriptwriter, highlighted the event’s inclusive spirit, stating, "When designing the program lineup, we focused on the theme of Common Spring, representing a collective celebration of the season by people across the world. Overseas Chinese are spread far and wide, and Common Spring symbolizes their shared joy in welcoming the new year together."
