Customer Happiness Centres:
Abu Dhabi Mobility’s Customer Happiness Centres will be closed on Wednesday, with regular operations resuming on Thursday, 2nd January 2025. Despite the closure, customers can access services online through the Abu Dhabi Mobility website (https://admobility.gov.ae/), the Darbi and Darb platforms, or the “TAMM” digital government services platform. For assistance, the unified Service Support Centre (800850) and the Taxi Call Centre (600535353) will remain operational 24/7.
Parking Fees (MAWAQiF):
Surface parking fees will be waived on Wednesday and reinstated at 8:00 am on Thursday. Additionally, parking fees at the Musaffah M-18 truck parking lot will also be waived during the holiday. Drivers are reminded to park only in designated areas, avoid prohibited zones, and respect residential parking restrictions from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Darb Toll Gate System:
The Darb toll gate system will be inactive on Wednesday, resuming on Thursday during peak hours (7:00 am to 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm).
Public Bus Services:
Public buses will operate on a weekend and public holiday schedule, with additional regional and intercity trips to accommodate passenger demand.
Abu Dhabi Mobility also urged drivers to follow parking regulations and avoid actions that disrupt traffic flow to ensure smooth transportation during the holiday.
