emirates7 - A humanitarian aid convoy from the UAE entered the Gaza Strip today via the Rafah border crossing, delivering essential supplies as part of the UAE's ongoing "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3." This initiative addresses flour shortages and provides critical support to families in need, reaffirming the UAE's dedication to assisting Palestinians during these difficult times.
The convoy comprised eight trucks carrying over 100 tonnes of flour, four water tankers with a capacity of 5,000 gallons each, and two sewage tankers. With this delivery, the total number of aid convoys under the operation has reached 138, each consisting of approximately eight trucks.
So far, the UAE has delivered more than 27,205.8 tonnes of aid through land crossings as part of this initiative. These efforts have helped mitigate the hardships faced by Gaza’s population, especially the most vulnerable groups, by providing much-needed relief.
