Key areas of discussion included transport and logistics, education, aquaculture and food industries, biotechnology and health, information technology, artificial intelligence, digitalization, energy, and sustainable environmental solutions.

Humaid Mohamed bin Salem, Secretary General of the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry, stressed the importance of strengthening and diversifying the trade relationship and private sector investments between the two nations.

Leading the UAE delegation, Bin Salem highlighted the opportunity to leverage Finland’s expertise in research and development, education and training, innovation, and the start-up ecosystem.
