This digital platform offers investors, businesses, and individuals enhanced search capabilities in multiple languages, along with a live customer assistance feature to facilitate smoother user experiences and easier access to services.
During his tour of GITEX Global, where he was accompanied by a delegation at the ministry's booth, Dr. Sultan Al Jaber visited several exhibits from both government and private entities, including Emirates Development Bank, Abu Dhabi Government, Dubai Government, Etisalat, Du, Nvidia, and Huawei. He received briefings on various digital solutions, projects, and initiatives related to data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital empowerment.
As part of the tour, he was introduced to a demo version of the ministry’s transformative project, the UAE Integrated Industrial Dashboard, “Aloum Al Senaa.” This initiative aims to empower decision-makers by collecting and analyzing data, thus supporting the growth and competitiveness of the industrial sector by highlighting investment opportunities and aiding leaders in making informed decisions.
At GITEX Global, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) is showcasing its online and smart services, which are tailored to enhance the growth and competitiveness of the industrial and technological sectors in alignment with the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology (Operation 300bn). The ministry is also hosting three workshops focusing on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, compliance, and strategies for success in a rapidly changing business landscape.
Omar Al Suwaidi, Under-Secretary of MoIAT, stated, “The ministry’s participation in GITEX Global aligns with the objectives of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, which emphasizes innovation, the adoption of advanced technologies, and the digitalization of services provided to investors, companies, and individuals to boost the competitiveness of local firms on both regional and international levels.”
He further noted, “In accordance with MoIAT’s strategic direction to foster sustainable industrial growth, the ministry is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and providing data and information to aid in decision-making, particularly concerning digital transformation. MoIAT aims to services that improve the investor and customer journey to foster a business-friendly environment and attract more foreign investments.”
