Dbiebah set to visit UAE for support for his initiative, report says

emirates7 - The Italian “Nova” news agency reported that the head of the unity government, Abdel Hamid Dabaiba, will go to the UAE to hold talks on the political developments taking place in Libya.

The Italian news agency cited its sources as saying that Dabaiba aims, through his visit, to obtain support for the implementation of his initiative: “return of the trust to the people” through which he aims to hold parliamentary elections next June.

“Nova” agency reported earlier that Dabaiba would go to Tunisia on an official visit, at the head of a delegation that includes Chief of Staff Mohammed Al-Haddad, the intelligence chief, the head of the Internal Security Service, and the commander of the anti-terrorism force, but the visit did not take place.
