This achievement highlights over seven years of close collaboration between the two airlines, driven by a shared goal to simplify travel and boost Dubai’s global connectivity. Supporting the D33 vision to position Dubai as a leading economic hub, Emirates and flydubai are contributing significantly to making the city one of the most connected in the world, targeting an expansion to 400 destinations on Dubai’s foreign trade and tourism map.

Since forming their partnership in 2017, Emirates and flydubai have delivered benefits to more than 22 million travellers, offering them an extensive joint network. By leveraging their combined strengths, they have built a robust flight schedule that provides exceptional choice and convenience, complemented by a unified loyalty programme packed with customer rewards.
The partnership, which initially covered 29 cities in 2017, has now expanded to an impressive 240 destinations across over 100 countries. This is supported by a seamless travel experience, including smooth check-in, efficient baggage handling, well-coordinated flight schedules, and improved connectivity through Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3.
Customers today benefit from an average of 295 daily codeshare flights, offering expanded options and flexible travel timings. Additionally, over 330 weekly flydubai flights depart from Terminal 3 to in-demand destinations such as Zanzibar, Kathmandu, Krabi, Riyadh, and Naples. Emirates passengers have access to more than 132 flydubai destinations, while flydubai travellers can connect to over 142 destinations served by Emirates.
Demand for premium cabins has also seen a strong rise, with a 31% increase, highlighting the attractiveness of both airlines' high-quality travel offerings.
In the past year, Emirates has launched services to Bogotá (Colombia) and Antananarivo (Madagascar), with new routes to Da Nang, Siem Reap, and Shenzhen planned for the upcoming summer. Similarly, flydubai announced 10 new destinations, including popular cities like Antalya, Basel, and Al Alamein, for the summer season.
