emirates7 - A 5.4-magnitude earthquake hit off the coast of Indonesia's Sumatra island near Lampung province on Tuesday, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS).

The tremor struck 114 kilometers from Bandar Lampung and had a depth of 73 kilometers.

No immediate reports of injuries or property damage have been issued.
