Air Arabia Abu Dhabi increases flight frequency to Baku, Tbilisi

emirates7 - Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has expanded its flight services to Baku, Azerbaijan, and Tbilisi, Georgia, providing travellers with more convenient and affordable options between the UAE capital and these sought-after leisure destinations.

The airline now operates six non-stop flights per week between Zayed International Airport and Baku’s Heydar Aliyev International Airport. The updated schedule includes flights every Tuesday through Sunday, giving travellers increased flexibility when visiting the dynamic Azerbaijani capital.

Beginning August 7th, service to Tbilisi International Airport will grow to eight flights per week, including two flights every Thursday, boosting connectivity between Abu Dhabi and Georgia’s capital city.

Commenting on the expansion, Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer, stated, “The additional flights to both Baku and Tbilisi demonstrate our dedication to strengthening our regional network while offering customers more convenience, choice, and value. These cities continue to attract strong interest from both UAE residents and international visitors. The expanded schedules will enhance tourism and travel links and provide a smoother, more accessible journey.”

Air Arabia Abu Dhabi is steadily growing its route network from the UAE capital. Recently, the airline added new destinations including Almaty in Kazakhstan and Yerevan in Armenia, underscoring its focus on expanding to high-demand cultural and leisure hotspots across the region.
