Counsellor Al Humaidan emphasized that this initiative reflects the Dubai Public Prosecution’s progressive vision and commitment to setting a global standard for judicial excellence. In alignment with international best practices, the initiative seeks to improve efficiency, respond to community needs, and contribute to the objectives of the Dubai Plan 2030.

He highlighted that the initiative presents a viable alternative to traditional litigation, aiming to strengthen social ties and cultivate a culture of tolerance—central to the leadership’s vision of a secure and united society. It also supports Dubai’s broader goal of becoming a global hub for alternative dispute resolution.

Al Humaidan characterized amicable settlement as a meaningful form of justice that builds trust, encourages dialogue, and nurtures social harmony. Choosing reconciliation over litigation saves time and resources while reinforcing a spirit of tolerance.

He reiterated the Public Prosecution’s commitment to advancing community welfare through innovative approaches that reflect Dubai’s aim to offer world-class services and a high quality of life.

Under this initiative, prosecutors can assist willing parties in reaching fair and lawful resolutions, offering a positive alternative to conventional legal processes.
