emirates7 - TRENDS Research and Advisory participated in the “Greater Eurasian Partnership: Development Strategy” forum through its Russian office. The event was hosted by the International Organisation for Eurasian Cooperation (IOEC) in Moscow.

The forum brought together over 130 academic speakers from 55 countries, including Pankin Aleksandr, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

During the opening session, Dr. Mohammed Al Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research and Advisory, emphasized the vital role think tanks play in advancing the Greater Eurasian Partnership. He highlighted that research centers and think tanks contribute to shaping the future and fostering cross-border strategic collaborations, such as the Greater Eurasian Partnership.

Dr. Al Ali pointed out that amid ongoing global transformations, the significance of think tanks has expanded beyond traditional research. They now serve as strategic connectors linking government officials, business leaders, and academic institutions. Think tanks act as platforms for the exchange of ideas and experiences, helping to turn innovative concepts into practical policies.

He further emphasized that TRENDS is committed to strengthening its role as a hub for knowledge sharing and trust-building by offering evidence-based analyses, scientifically grounded methodologies, and data-driven approaches.
