Shittigar, who works in the retail sector in the Omani capital, Muscat, won his winning ticket number 305810 on January 20. During a call to inform him of his win, he said he has been participating in Big Ticket raffles since 2021. He bought his winning ticket with another friend, which means that both of them will get Dh10 million each.
His first reaction to the win was "Oh my God, seriously?.. Thank you!". Regarding what he would do with the money, Shittigar said he does not know yet, while the show's presenters told him to take his time in thinking.
Dubai-based Filipino expat Anna Lee Gayongan won the life-changing amount of Dh30 million in last month's live draw. She was in attendence today to choose the next lucky winner of the grand prize. Asked by the show's presenters, Richard and Bouchra why she did not pick the call to inform her of the hefty prize she won, she said she was playing with her kids.
