NMDC, ADNOC L&S sign collaboration agreement for offshore development in Abu Dhabi

emirates7 - NMDC Group PJSC and ADNOC Logistics and Services Plc (ADNOC L&S) announced the signing of a three-year agreement to explore cooperation in providing maritime services for offshore projects.

The agreement was formalized at NMDC’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi by Engineer Yasser Zaghloul, Group CEO of NMDC, and Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC L&S.

Building on their long-standing relationship, the deal sets a broader framework for joint efforts on offshore EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. It covers marine services and integrated logistics, underscoring both companies’ commitment to supporting the emirate’s offshore energy industry.

Zaghloul highlighted NMDC Group’s five-decade track record in delivering complex marine EPC infrastructure and project logistics. He noted that the launch of NMDC LTS expanded the company’s market offerings, while ADNOC L&S has grown into a leader in offshore energy support and hydrocarbon logistics, with both firms operating some of the region’s largest marine fleets.

He emphasized that the agreement creates a strong framework for cooperation, allowing both organizations to maximize synergies across their sectors, drive differentiation, boost value creation, and strengthen Abu Dhabi’s industrial marine sector and beyond.

Captain Al Masabi stated that the partnership aligns with ADNOC L&S’s long-term goal of providing world-class integrated logistics solutions to advance the UAE’s offshore energy growth. He added that by joining forces with NMDC, the companies will unlock new opportunities, deliver greater value to ADNOC, shareholders, and customers, and contribute to the UAE’s economic progress.

ADNOC L&S reaffirmed that it remains focused on improving offshore logistics performance through strategic collaborations such as this agreement with NMDC.
