Fair weather on Sunday, temperature high at 41°C

emirates7 - The UAE is experiencing another intense day of summer heat, with the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reporting mostly fair to partly cloudy skies and little relief from the high temperatures. Forecasts indicate that Dubai will reach a daytime high of 40°C, while Abu Dhabi is expected to hit 41°C.

NCM officials noted that winds will be light to moderate, occasionally gusting up to 35 km/h, offering minimal relief from the oppressive heat. Humidity levels remain high at 70%, making the temperatures feel even hotter.

The country’s lowest temperature this morning was recorded in Raknah, Al Ain, at 23.2°C around 5:00 a.m. local time.

Maritime conditions are predicted to be calm, with slight waves expected in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea—a positive sign for boaters and those looking to cool off on the water. Authorities continue to urge residents to stay hydrated and take all necessary precautions against the heat.
