Abdullah bin Zayed meets Prime Minister of Montenegro in Podgorica

emirates7 - H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held talks today in Podgorica with Milojko Spajić, Prime Minister of Montenegro.

The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral ties and expanding cooperation in key sectors such as economy, trade, investment, renewable energy, and food security, among others that support mutual development goals.

Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to building strong and thriving relations with Montenegro and the wider Balkan region, commending the steady progress achieved in various fields of collaboration. He also conveyed his best wishes for Montenegro’s continued growth and prosperity.

Earlier, Sheikh Abdullah arrived in Podgorica on a working visit, where he was welcomed by Prime Minister Spajić.

The meeting was also attended by Saeed Mubarak Rashid Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Drug Establishment and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Trade Affairs, along with a number of Montenegrin ministers and senior officials.
