Dubai International Chamber attracts 31 MNCs to Dubai in H1 2025, achieving 138% YoY growth

emirates7 - Dubai International Chamber, one of the three entities under Dubai Chambers, has shared its key achievements for the first half of 2025.

The Chamber brought 143 new companies to Dubai during H1 2025, reflecting a 138% rise from the 60 companies welcomed in the same period of 2024. Among these were 31 multinational corporations, also up 138% compared to 13 in H1 2024.

Additionally, 112 small and medium-sized enterprises joined Dubai in H1 2025, showing year-on-year growth of 138% from 47 SMEs in the previous year.

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, said the Chamber is steadily reinforcing Dubai’s role as a premier global destination for foreign direct investment and a launchpad for companies pursuing international expansion. He highlighted that this progress is powered by Dubai’s strengths, including advanced infrastructure, a business-friendly regulatory framework, and its strategic geographic position linking global markets.

He further noted that the Chamber’s international representative offices are central to attracting investors, entrepreneurs, and multinationals. These offices strengthen trade and investment ties with key markets while creating opportunities for collaboration between Dubai-based firms and their international counterparts.

In line with the Dubai Global initiative, which aims to establish 50 overseas offices by 2030, the Chamber expanded its footprint in H1 2025 by opening new branches in Dhaka (Bangladesh), Cape Town (South Africa), Bengaluru (India), Bangkok (Thailand), and Toronto (Canada).

During the same period, its offices hosted 247 business roundtables to promote Dubai as a global hub, encourage foreign investment, and showcase the emirate as a springboard for international market entry.

This growing network acts as a vital link between Dubai and global business communities, enabling two-way investment, strengthening bilateral trade, and unlocking opportunities for companies to leverage Dubai’s position as a global gateway.

The offices also help showcase Dubai’s advantages for business growth, offering market intelligence and tailored support to international firms establishing a presence in the emirate and expanding into high-potential markets worldwide.
