emirates7 - Team Abu Dhabi, operating under the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, has confirmed the signing of Emirati racer Salem Al Yafei to compete in the UIM F2 World Championship. Al Yafei, who has previously represented the team in the Formula 4 category in past seasons, joins as part of a strategy to bolster the squad with seasoned talent for the global stage.

With a strong track record in Formula 4, Al Yafei is expected to transition smoothly to the more demanding Formula 2 class and contend for top spots. He will make his F2 debut in the upcoming World Championship round in San Nazzaro, Italy, scheduled for 29–31 August, where he will race alongside teammate Rashed Al Qemzi.
