Total revenue rose 6.4% year-on-year to AED 826.8 million in Q2 2025, and by 2.9% to AED 1.6 billion for the first half of the year, supported by strong demand from the UAE and wider Middle East, along with effective cost control measures.

The company’s gross profit margin improved by 110 basis points (bps) to 40.6% in Q2, and by 70 bps to 40.2% in H1, driven by operational efficiencies that reinforced its market leadership.

Corporate tax expenses increased to AED 17.2 million from AED 6.5 million in Q2 2024, in line with the higher profits.

Net debt grew by AED 120.6 million quarter-on-quarter to AED 1.56 billion, mainly due to higher capital spending and working capital needs.

Group CEO Abdallah Massaad said the quarter delivered “solid revenue growth alongside strong operational performance,” demonstrating the company’s resilience and ability to grow volumes and value in key markets despite regional challenges. He added that RAK Ceramics will continue to innovate and push forward initiatives to strengthen its market position and boost profitability across all business segments.
