Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub launches Sky Support Complex

emirates7 - The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has unveiled the Sky Support Complex, a state-of-the-art facility created to meet the growing demand for aviation-related services in the region.

Situated within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the landside complex covers 16,661 square metres and comprises 14 high-quality units. It offers excellent accessibility, flexibility, and advanced infrastructure, making it an attractive option for companies operating in the aerospace and logistics sectors.

Tenants of the Sky Support Complex will benefit from its location within a bonded free zone, enabling 100 percent foreign ownership, as well as infrastructure that surpasses many other free zones. The facility provides versatile warehouse, office, and commercial spaces tailored to various business requirements.

Its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport ensures smooth operational connectivity and integration into the wider Dubai South ecosystem.

Deputy CEO Mohammad Al Falasi said the rapid expansion of the aviation sector and increasing demand from both regional and international firms prompted MBRAH to continue investing in infrastructure. “The Sky Support Complex directly addresses this need, reinforcing our commitment to providing top-tier facilities that serve our partners and enhance Dubai’s status as a global aviation hub,” he stated.

MBRAH offers leading global aerospace companies strong connectivity and operates as a free-zone hub for airlines, private jet operators, MROs, and related industries. Located within Dubai South, it also hosts maintenance facilities and training centres, supporting the emirate’s ambition to be a world-leading aviation centre.
