emirates7 - Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) facilitated over 7.2 million seamless transactions across various digital channels during the first half of 2025.
This included 1.1 million transactions via DEWA’s website, 2.6 million through its smart app, and 3.5 million via partner-supported platforms, resulting in a digital service adoption rate of 99.5%.
By the end of June 2025, DEWA had also completed more than 100 integration projects in collaboration with 65 government and private sector entities.
