emirates7 - The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a weather alert warning of dense fog expected to significantly reduce visibility in parts of the UAE early Wednesday morning. The advisory is active from 3:10 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., especially in coastal and inland areas of the western region.

Motorists are strongly advised to drive with caution due to low visibility and potentially slippery roads caused by lingering humidity. Authorities stress the importance of safe driving and reducing speed in affected zones.

Wednesday’s weather is expected to be generally fair to partly cloudy. Convective cloud formation is likely in the eastern areas, with a chance of rainfall continuing through Sunday. Coastal areas will see a noticeable in temperatures, although hot conditions will persist across most of the country.

Temperatures are predicted to rise significantly, with inland regions facing highs between 44°C and 49°C. Coastal areas and islands can expect maximums of 40°C to 45°C, while mountainous regions will be relatively cooler, with temperatures ranging from 33°C to 39°C.

Humidity levels are forecast to rise again overnight into Thursday morning, possibly resulting in more fog or mist in low-lying areas. Winds will be generally light to moderate, occasionally strengthening during the day and causing blowing dust, particularly in the western region.

Sea conditions will remain slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
