emirates7 - The Tianzhou-9 cargo spacecraft successfully docked with the rear port of Tianhe, the core module of China’s Tiangong space station, on Tuesday, according to the China Manned Space Agency.

The agency stated that the docking took place after Tianzhou-9 entered orbit and completed its configuration procedures.

According to Xinhua News Agency, the Shenzhou-20 crew aboard the space station will enter the cargo craft and proceed with transferring the payloads as planned.
