Empowering youth bedrock for sustainable giving in frontline: Frontline Heroes Office

emirates7 - The Frontline Heroes Office (FHO) has emphasized the vital role of investing in young people by equipping them with essential and future-ready skills.

Marking World Youth Skills Day, observed each year on 15th July, the FHO stated that empowering youth is a fundamental element in strengthening and sustaining frontline sectors across key areas of national importance.

The Office noted that young frontline professionals are among the most significant pillars of society, recognized for their dedication, capabilities, and spirit of service in healthcare, humanitarian work, and various service sectors.

Emirati youth, in particular, have shown exceptional resolve in overcoming challenges—especially during times of crisis—serving as a powerful example of unity, responsibility, and national pride.

This acknowledgement reflects the UAE’s leadership vision, which identifies youth empowerment as a strategic national priority. It stems from a firm commitment to nurturing a generation ready to lead, take responsibility, and actively shape a secure and sustainable future for the nation.

World Youth Skills Day also provides a platform to celebrate and reinforce ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing youth capabilities and motivating them to continue serving their communities and country within a broad framework of recognition and support.
