GCC Secretary-General: GCC pavilions at Expo 2025 Osaka embody cultural heritage, national visions

emirates7 - Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), praised the exceptional and diverse exhibits showcased by GCC member states at Expo 2025 Osaka, highlighting how they effectively represent the region’s cultural heritage and national aspirations. He stressed that the pavilions reflect the high standards of the GCC countries and strengthen their prominent role in international events and forums.

His remarks came during a visit to the Japan Pavilion and the GCC pavilions at the Expo, which is being held under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.”

Albudaiwi emphasized that the GCC pavilions act as comprehensive platforms for promoting regional and global cooperation, highlighting the bloc’s progress in areas such as development, culture, the economy, and environmental sustainability. The exhibits offer rich, immersive experiences that blend tradition with cutting-edge technology, showcasing the GCC’s identity through a fusion of authenticity and innovation.

He concluded by saying that the strong participation of GCC nations at the Expo reflects their long-term strategic vision and commitment to forging constructive international partnerships.
