emirates7 - Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a construction contract exceeding AED 450 million to Naresco Contracting LLC for the primary construction of Central Park Plaza, a luxury residential development.
This new addition to City Walk, one of Dubai’s premier lifestyle hubs, is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
The project features two residential towers, Tower A with 23 floors and Tower B with 20 floors, offering a total of 212 apartments.
